Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on the extrem88 Platform. All accounts beyond the first will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

An account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed dormant. extrem88 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as set out in the extrem88 fee schedule. Funds in dormant accounts remain the property of the player and are recoverable upon account reactivation and successful KYC verification.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, extrem88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation establishes a breach, any funds derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Funds legitimately deposited and not subject to any breach finding will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
